PFA Educators United is an educator-led effort working to strengthen Preschool for All and make sure teachers have a real voice in the program.
We believe in universal preschool and want PFA to succeed. That means supporting the educators who make it possible, with fair pay, strong workplace protections, transparency, accountability, and a real seat at the table.
What We’re Working For

PFA Educators United is hosting our first meet-up for frontline Preschool for All educators.
This is a space for educators to connect, talk about what’s happening at our sites, share concerns and ideas, and start building a stronger educator voice within PFA.
You don’t need to be involved with PFA Educators United already. If you work directly with children at a PFA provider site, you’re welcome.
